What wearable devices does WellVue support?
WellVue ships with two integrations today: Oura Ring via the official Oura cloud API, and Apple Health via HealthKit on iPhone. Smartwatches and fitness bands are in the roadmap. Data is accessed with your explicit consent via OAuth (Oura) or in-app permission (Apple Health), and only the categories needed for features you use.
Can I use WellVue without a wearable device?
Yes. WellVue runs on Apple Health alone, no ring or watch needed, and the Today, Insights, Focus, Gym, and Nutrition tabs all work with HealthKit data. For the richest experience we still recommend pairing a smart ring or wearable, since they capture overnight HRV and sleep architecture that the iPhone alone can't measure. You can also explore the app in Demo Mode (orange "SAMPLE DATA" badge) to see every tab with realistic data before connecting anything.
Is WellVue a medical device?
No. WellVue is a general wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. AI insights are wellness suggestions, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Is my health data shared with anyone?
WellVue does NOT sell your health data to advertisers or data brokers. AI processing is performed by Google's Gemini API (Google LLC), a third party cloud AI service, under Google's applicable API data processing terms. See our

How do I reset my password?
On the WellVue sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password?. Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit reset code (check spam if it doesn't arrive within 2 minutes). The code expires in 10 minutes; request a new one if it does. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, password reset doesn't apply, use the same Sign in with Apple / Google button you used originally.
How do I delete my account?
Open WellVue and go to
Settings, Delete Account. You'll receive a 6-digit confirmation code by email; enter it to permanently remove your account and all wellness data. Deletion is irreversible. If you cannot access the app (e.g., lost your password), email
[email protected] from the address on the account and we'll process the deletion manually within 5 business days.
My subscription was charged after I cancelled
All billing is processed by Apple via the App Store. Refund requests must go to Apple at
reportaproblem.apple.com. WellVue cannot reverse App Store charges directly. To prevent future charges, open
Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, WellVue on your iPhone and tap
Cancel Subscription. If you want help drafting the Apple refund request, email

Where is my data stored, and how do I export it?
Your wellness data is stored on US-based servers (Railway, plus Cloudflare R2 for export files). Download a complete JSON export of every record we hold for you from Settings, Data Export. It covers around 30 tables (sleep, readiness, activity, meals, moods, AI memory, login events, and more). The export link is private to your account and signed for 24 hours.
